For the Office 2010 I got the DVDs/CDs using my.mil email as they were only $5-$6 extra. I believe (but can't confirm) that if you do the electronic DL you can alway go back to the site and log back in with the registration email and links they send and re-DL the install files. If you do electronic DL I'm pretty sure they send you a software key in a separate email -- that is the one you want to store somewhere safe (in online email and maybe back up in your Dropbox or similar.) The times I got the downloadable installation file I usually burned to DVD and stashed elsewhere like DropBox, GDrive or on an external backup for safekeeping. Free Download Paradise Bay here.
