Yea, very lucky. My Logitech Rumblepad doesn't work at all. I tried the in game menu, edited the the xml/text file, patches, etc. Nothing worked. I even pasted some configuration files from Dirt 2 hoping it would do something, but nothing. I resorted to xpadder.

Still, I think it's awesome that it worked out for you! Flipin_jackass My rumble pad works perfectly in GRID.i suppose it is the rumble pad 2 though, which might make a difference. I so far haven't found one game (that supports gamepads) that didn't work with my rumblepad 2.

I own a Thrustmaster Ferrari GT Experience racing wheel (a budget wheel), and I have discovered that it is not compatible with Grid 2, which is rather annoying as this was one of the main reasons I bought the game. Are there any mods or programs which may allow me to input my steering wheel into the game?

Hurricane Harvey, the Category 4 storm that barreled into southeastern Texas on Friday evening, has shut down approximately a quarter of US gas production in the Gulf. Working with headphones on usually means you’d rather not be bothered, but sometimes it means you’re just listening to something while you work. If you want to be.

I have been Googling everywhere and cannot find a single solution. Perhaps there is some way of making the game think it's a keyboard input, when it's in fact a mapped input from my steering wheel that's overwriting it somehow? I don't know, I'm no genius with this sort of stuff, so any help would be desperately appreciated! Hmm, I *think* I used to have a similar thrustmaster wheel, and I'm reasonably sure that the circuitry inside is the same across a few models (including some rebadged as other makes) I suspect you might be able to uninstall the ferrari drivers and try the drivers of one of the thrustmaster wheels the game does support and that might just work. I have to admit I'm a little surprised it doesn't work anyway though - that kind of input is pretty standard, and 'not supported' should normally mean 'doesn't have the right force-feedback or rotation settings'.which is normally work-aroundable in in-game settings. Assume you've tried manually setting inputs for accel/brake/steering/etc in-game? I've just tried to access some other drivers from Thrustmaster's website, but for some reason the download keeps failing due to some 'network error'.

Despite that, I cannot find where to locate my racing wheel in Device Manager, so changing the driver would prove to be difficult anyway. I have also just sent an email to Codemaster's customer support regarding the issue.

It's just really annoying how I pay the price for the game, and then find I can't enjoy or play it at all because my wheel is not supported. My wheel is also fairly popular in the gaming world. No, it's not a high-end racing wheel, but surely they'd support all Thrustmaster peripherals as they are a main brand for racing wheels? I've finally solved the problem! I emailed customer services at Codemasters and they quickly replied to me with specific instructions for manually inputting my steering wheel. It turned out that after all that fuss I simply needed to configure each and every button manually in the in-game settings. Therefore my PC thinks I'm using the 'Keyboard' preset, whereas it's mapped to my steering wheel instead and works fine now.

However, I don't think there are any sensitivity options for my wheel's rotation, but I'm sure I'll find a way. Vijeo Designer 6 2 Serial Port. I feel a bit stupid now. Download Akvis Smartmask Portable. There was me considering mods and 3rd party programs when it was all possible in the game settings itself! Well at least that's one less problem now:) Thanks for the tips above as well guys.
